Conversations and Other Stories
“Conversations and Other Stories” are a series of prints that have been loosely inspired by tales, literature and personal narratives. Printmaking has been an integral part of my artistic practice. I have always gravitated towards etching. I felt in love with it in my sophomore year in collage and even though I have taken a few breaks along the way, I always come back to this medium. I usually use copper plates and often combine them with monotype. I like to create more then one plate for each image. I tend to experiment with printing, combining plates and using variety of colors. I end up with a lot of variable editions or unique prints.
